Qualifications

• Must be proficient in all aspects of the job.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous supervisory experience (One year or more).
• Three years of progressively more responsible experience within a financial organization.
• Recommendation to be promoted into this position by supervisor or SVP/CBO or EVP/CRO & CBBO.
• Successful in motivating team members in all aspects of QNB's Service Excellence.
• Ability to lift and maneuver 25-30-pound coin bags.
• Communication skills that model QNB's sales efforts; including the ability to identify and fulfill customers' current and future needs.
• Requires basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills.
• Must have strong product knowledge and actively champion and coach for Q2 Service and Sales referrals and product campaigns.
• Fulfill QNB compliance in operations and security procedures by adhering to government regulations, QNB policy, and established procedures.
• Successful completion of two PBA courses as recommended by Branch Manager; currently Fundamentals of Banking and Consumer Lending.

Responsibilities

• Implements, models, and coaches Q2 Service and Sales programs to achieve goals and quality standards.
• Ensures that prescribed schedules and operating policies are followed.
• Build customer relationships and provide prompt, efficient service through consultative selling.
• Opens, closes, and services all deposit products and consumer loans at branch locations.
• Resolves customer problems in a positive and efficient manner.
• Run the branch in the absence of the Branch Manager including opening/closing.
• Support the community through involvement in local organizations.
• Direct the workflow of the customer service counter and coach staff for productivity.
• Ensure daily office settlement and perform Senior FSR/FSR Supervisor duties as necessary.
• Make recommendations regarding performance evaluations for FSR and Universal Banker.
• Maintain branch hours including holidays and weekends.
• Take on additional job-related duties as requested.
