Responsabilidades

• Promote sales through referrals, leads, outbound calls and cross-sell bank products and services.
• Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants using approved branch technology.
• Manage daily sales activity with coaching and pre-shift huddles; monitor and measure results.
• Handle branch operations: scheduling, supervision, vault cash, opening/closing, and adherence to policies.
