• Promotes the sales process through referral management, leveraging leads, outbound calling, and identifying customer financial needs.
• Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants using branch technology.
• Assists with daily sales activity through staff coaching, pre-shift huddles, and tracking sales results.
• Coordinates and completes operational duties by scheduling, directing, and monitoring workflow; handles opening/closing, vault cash, and policy compliance.
• Performs traditional teller transactions as needed and supports risk management as part of daily responsibilities.
