In this role you will champion safety, ensure audit compliance, and provide training to branch employees while maintaining strong financial discipline and a dependable work ethic.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• Operational experience in building materials/construction preferred.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Experience in supervising and leading others.
• Knowledge of exterior logistics.
• Commitment to continuous learning and dependable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assume branch manager responsibilities in their absence and oversee daily operations.
• Champion a safety‑oriented culture and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Ensure adherence to audit procedures and financial accounting, including cash handling.
• Optimize warehouse and store layouts for efficiency and schedule equipment maintenance.
• Create and update work schedules and review hours worked by employees.
• Provide training and support to branch staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
