QXO is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee daily operations at our Savannah location. You will step in for the branch manager as needed and lead a safety-first environment while ensuring accurate audits and efficient workflows.

The role requires supervising staff, optimizing warehouse/store layouts, and delivering exceptional customer service through training and hands-on support. A strong work ethic and focus on continuous improvement are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Operational experience in building materials, construction, or related industry.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Experience in supervising and leading others.
• Knowledge and experience in exterior logistics.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, personal growth and dependable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assume branch manager responsibilities in their absence, assuring smooth daily operations.
• Champion a safety-oriented culture within the organization, ensuring that all employees comprehend and follow safety protocol and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with audit procedures and regulations, including daily cash drawer maintenance and financial accounting.
• Optimize warehouse and store layout for efficiency and schedule equipment maintenance.
• Create and update work schedules; review and approve hours worked by employees.
• Provide training and support to all branch employees, fostering a customer-centric approach and exceeding service expectations.
