QXO is a leading distributor and installer of building products. We are seeking a Branch Manager to oversee daily operations in Charlottesville, VA, and to maintain our commitment to safety and service excellence.

You will supervise staff, optimize warehouse layouts, ensure audits and cash controls, and provide training to create a customer-centric culture. A two-year degree and relevant operations experience are preferred, with bilingual Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; can be substituted for related experience.
• Operational experience in building materials or related industry.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus.
• Experience supervising and leading others.
• Knowledge and experience in exterior logistics.
• Commitment to continuous learning and dependable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assume branch manager responsibilities in absence, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Champion safety-oriented culture and ensure safety protocol compliance.
• Ensure compliance with audit procedures and regulations, including daily cash drawer maintenance and financial accounting.
• Optimize warehouse and store layout for efficiency and schedule equipment maintenance.
• Create and update work schedules; review and approve hours worked by employees.
• Provide training and support to branch employees, fostering a customer-centric approach and exceeding service expectations.
