Binford Supply LLC in Oklahoma City is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate service center operations. This role emphasizes safety, transaction quality, inventory accuracy, and facility maintenance through SOPs and staff leadership.

You will lead Yard and Delivery staff, manage daily operations, monitor performance, and ensure timely transactions. Reports to the Branch Manager; requires strong leadership, data analysis, and process-improvement focus.

Qualifications

• Five years in Customer Service, Operations or Operations Management.
• Good computer skills, proficient in Excel.
• High School Diploma.
• Experience in directly managing people.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe work environment through training, inspection, and corrective action.
• Adopt an 80/20 operating philosophy in managing operations.
• Create, implement and sustain standard operating procedures.
• Measure performance with metrics against predefined goals (safety, inventory accuracy, equipment PM).
• Resolve issues in material flow and ensure 100% accurate transactions.
• Manage staffing at the service center and minimize labor overtime.
• Monitor and control premium freight and repair expenses while maintaining safety.
