Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in branch operations, distribution, or industrial service management.
• Proven ability to lead teams and execute in a fast-paced branch environment.
• Strong analytical and process improvement skills; Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Experience with inventory, service execution, and day-to-day branch operations.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own branch-level performance KPIs, including on-time delivery, order accuracy, productivity, and safety.
• Enforce operating procedures, safety standards, and compliance at the branch level.
• Lead daily branch operations across receiving, warehousing, fulfillment, delivery coordination, and customer support.
• Foster continuous improvement and an ownership culture within the team.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement, and service teams to optimize inventory and expand branch capabilities.
