Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, operations, supply chain, management, or a related field.
• Typically requires at least six years of related branch/warehouse/operations experience.
• Prior supervisory or branch operations leadership experience.
• Experience with branch workflow, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
• Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch operations ensuring safe, efficient, accurate customer service and shipping.
• Supervise, coach, and schedule branch staff to meet performance and safety standards.
• Monitor workflow, inventory, and key metrics; adjust priorities as needed.
• Coordinate deliveries, pickups, and local shipments keeping compliance and quality.
• Maintain documentation and communicate branch priorities to leadership.
