Job summary

SCOPE Recruiting - Supply Chain Recruiters is seeking a Branch Manager to lead field operations and drive branch performance. You will oversee safety, quality, and efficiency while building and sustaining relationships with local property managers and customers.

You will recruit, train, and coach technicians, manage the P&L, and collaborate with corporate support to keep the branch focused on work and people. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of leadership experience in field operations or branch management.
• Experience managing to a budget or a P&L with accountability for results.
• Demonstrated success recruiting, training, and developing a field workforce.
• Strong safety orientation in physical, hands-on work environments.
• Ability to communicate with field technicians and property managers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort with payroll, scheduling, and job management systems.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead the branch safety program and reinforce safety over production in every decision.
• Maintain branch vehicles, equipment, and scheduling of preventive maintenance.
• Onboard, train, and certify new technicians prior to production work.
• Set clear performance expectations and provide regular coaching and feedback.
• Develop crew leads and future supervisors and build a succession plan.
• Manage branch P&L, direct labor, materials, overhead, and budget variances.
• Ensure payroll, timekeeping, and billing data are accurate and timely.
• Conduct job site visits to verify safety, quality, and productivity.
• Identify growth opportunities with property managers and support sales with scoping.
