Holt Co. is seeking a Store Manager to direct all activities of a single location with P&L responsibility. You will collaborate with District and Sales Managers to achieve sales and profitability goals, manage fleet levels, and lead branch staff to deliver Legendary Customer Service.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, safety compliance, and optimal operations, budgeting, and customer satisfaction. On-site work with travel up to 30% is possible.

Formación

• Five+ years in business/operational management with increasing scope.
• Three to five years of retail/store management experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Hires, develops, evaluates, and motivates staff to deliver Legendary Customer Service.
• Lead safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA/DOT and company policies.
• Direct branch operations and personnel for efficiency and reliability.
• Support equipment demos and technical assistance to customers.
• Drive sales, marketing initiatives, market share, and customer retention.
• Ensure on-time deliveries and high-quality product/service at the branch.
