Job summary

Holt of California is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee branch operations and drive profitability across CRS locations. You will set policies, lead training, and ensure world-class rental service while maintaining fleet performance.

You will travel to CRS stores, collaborate with branch managers, participate in quarterly meetings, and develop sales strategies to grow market share. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years rental leadership are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with at least five years in rental business.
• Leadership and teamwork are critical.
• Works with multiple positions outside CRS.

Responsibilities

• Set clear expectations for branch employees and managers relative to goals.
• Assist VP in developing and executing a comprehensive business plan for revenue and profitability.
• Participate in monthly financial reviews of the division and stores.
• Travel with rental sales reps to develop territory management and sales skills.
• Develop sales strategies with Branch Managers for each store.
