Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a district, drive growth and profitability, and develop the branch team. You will interview candidates, plan staffing, delegate key responsibilities, and implement programs across operations and service management.

Travel and on-call rotation are required to meet objectives and service standards. The role emphasizes coaching, performance review, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences while adhering to company policies and district

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
• Minimum 5–7 years in a Branch Manager or equivalent role.
• Strong attention to detail with a background in management, sales, training, relationship development, and/or excellent customer experience.
• Experience analyzing financial reports in a complex, fast-paced environment.
