Job summary

Holt of California is seeking an Operations Manager to develop and manage branch operations and provide operational and sales support across CRS locations. The role travels to multiple Cat rental stores to ensure uniformity and drive a world-class rental operation.

The successful candidate will set policies, enhance customer satisfaction, and oversee profitability and fleet performance. Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor's degree with at least five years in rental business and rental products,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum of five year’s rental business and rental products experience.
• Leadership and teamwork are critical.
• This position works directly with several positions outside of CRS.

Responsibilities

• Set clear expectations for branch employees and managers relative to overall goals.
• Assist Vice President on developing and executing a comprehensive business plan with revenue and profitability goals.
• Participate in monthly financial review of the division and stores.
• Ride with rental sales reps to develop territory management and sales skills.
• Develop, implement, and maintain training programs for CRS employees.
• Work with Branch Managers to develop sales strategies for each store.
