Master’s Transportation is seeking an Associate Branch Manager to lead daily branch operations, customer service, and fleet utilization. This hands‑on role partners with the District Manager to drive revenue growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure operational efficiency.

You will oversee rental operations, transportation logistics, vehicle prep, and branch administration while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1–3 years in a management or supervisory role.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Outlook, Teams and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day‑to‑day branch operations.
• Ensure branch efficiency and adherence to policies.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Lead recruiting, training, and supervision of branch staff.
• Support district manager with sales strategies and branch targets.
• Foster staff development and conduct performance evaluations.
