Qualifications

Responsibilities

Develop, monitor, modify and assure compliance with the annual business plan to ensure profitability.
Direct and organize reservations and pickups and manage vendor relationships.
Develop location strategies to maximize profitability and revenue per unit.
Handle or assist in resolving customer service issues and maintain high service levels.
Coach staff and empower problem resolution and customer relations.
Lead weekly staff meetings and conduct monthly business reviews with KPI focus.
