Job summary

RBC Wealth Management is seeking a Senior Branch Service Manager to lead branch operations, support financial advisors and develop a positive team culture in Shoreview. The role centers on supervision, onboarding, and ensuring efficient service delivery.

The candidate will coordinate staff training, implement policy changes, and oversee client account activities, transfers, and timely communications with the Complex main office. A strong regulatory background is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or related experience.
5+ years of financial services experience with knowledge of industry rules.
Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) and Series 9/10 (or 8).
Strong written and verbal communication and computer skills.
Previous supervisory experience.
Attention to detail and improving branch efficiency.

Responsibilities

Oversee branch staff and operations, onboarding, training and motivating team.
Communicate policy and procedural changes to employees and managers.
Onboard new accounts and ensure accurate processing of securities and transfers.
