Job summary

Gregory-Poole-Equipment-Company is seeking a Branch Operations Supervisor to plan and manage efficient and profitable parts, service and product support sales. You will foster customer relationships to promote ongoing service usage and support company construction sales.

The role emphasizes supervising site staff, coordinating with sales and product support, and leading a team to achieve service goals while ensuring profitability and proper administrative control.

Qualifications

• High school graduate; technical/community college or four-year degree preferred.
• 2 years supervisory experience for HS graduate; 2 years supervisory experience for college graduate.
• Experience in construction service or similar product support/service preferred.
• Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, and drive regularly.
• Proficient with Windows Office, especially Excel and Word and MS Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Supervise service and parts branch staff and manage office activities.
• Set and monitor parts/service goals and performance standards.
• Schedule/dispatch field service technicians timely.
• Maintain work orders and time entry; ensure proper closings.
• Support budgeting and cost-control for resources and activities.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager and Product Support Manager on initiatives.
• Lead recruiting, coaching, performance reviews, training, and discipline.
