Job summary

Gregory Poole is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to plan and manage branch rental operations, ensuring profitability and strong customer relations. The role leads the Rental Development Program and trains the next generation of GP Rental Associates.

You will oversee site administration, rental coordination, equipment/inventory, bookkeeping, and group leadership with a focus on efficiency and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• A four-year college graduate in business or related field with at least three years of service industry experience and two years supervisory experience.
• Or an associate’s degree with five years of service industry experience with two years of supervisory experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage branch operations to ensure efficient, profitable rental activities.
• Lead the Rental Development Program and train GP Rental Associates.
• Oversee site administration, rental coordination, equipment/inventory, bookkeeping, and group leadership responsibilities.
• Ensure customer relations and service quality meet company standards.
• Promote growth through business development activities and strategic budgeting.
