Job summary

This role partners with Sales and Product Support, manages budgets, conducts customer site visits, and leads recruiting, coaching, performance reviews, training and discipline. A high school diploma with supervisory experience or higher education is required.

Qualifications

• High school graduate with 2 years supervisory experience or college graduate with 2 years supervisory experience.
• Experience in construction service industry or similar product support/service.
• Proficient PC skills and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Site Administration: supervise service and parts branch staff and manage office activities.
• Drive business development by coordinating with Sales and Product Support managers and planning budgets.
• Group Leadership: recruit, coach, conduct performance reviews, train, and discipline staff.
