Job summary

FleetPride in Camden, Delaware is seeking a Branch Manager to supervise staff, maintain a safe work environment, and meet EBIT, sales, and inventory goals while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include hiring and coaching staff, planning schedules, enforcing policies, leading monthly sales meetings, managing top customers, pricing strategy, inventory control, AR coordination, and maintaining facility appearance and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in heavy duty truck parts, with at least 3 in a supervisory role.
• Valid drivers’ license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate staff at the branch.
• Plan work schedules and assign duties to maintain staffing levels.
• Review work to ensure effective performance.
• Lead monthly sales meetings and review territory EBIT and sales.
• Maintain top 25 customers and pursue new business opportunities.
• Develop annual product pricing strategies for each account.
• Ensure inventory integrity and timely invoicing/receipts.
• Coordinate collections with credit department.
