Clean Team, Inc. is seeking an hands-on Operations Manager to lead daily branch operations, oversee Area Managers, Site Managers, and staff, and ensure service excellence across customer accounts.

The role emphasizes labor budgeting, staffing coverage, inspections, scheduling, and HR coordination, with direct collaboration with the General Manager to grow the branch and improve customer retention. Ideal candidates are highly organized, able to make real-time operational decisions, and

Qualifications

• Previous management or operations leadership experience required.
• Experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial, facility services, or service industries preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all daily operations within the branch.
• Supervise Area Managers, Site Managers, Support Techs, and Staffing Coordinator.
• Ensure all customer locations receive scheduled service without interruption.
• Monitor labor budgets, staffing levels, overtime, and operational costs.
• Review employee timekeeping and labor reporting in Chronotek Pro.
• Conduct daily building inspections and customer follow-up visits.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Train, retrain, and develop operational employees and leaders.
• Coordinate staffing coverage for open shifts and emergency service needs.
• Lead daily 4 PM Manager Meetings and hold leadership staff accountable.
• Oversee Level Board accounts and ensure corrective action plans are completed.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, employee documentation, and HR coordination.
• Support start-up operations for new customer accounts.
• Assist with inventory management, supply deliveries, and operational logistics.
• Submit daily operational reports to the General Manager.
