Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to branch operations and staff to meet performance targets.
• Manage inventory, shipments, customer service, fabrication, and warehouse layout.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships and resolve complaints.
• Ensure DOT compliance, safety and SOP adherence.
• Communicate effectively with district/regional operations and sales teams.
• Oversee budgeting, P&L and capital planning.
• Supervise 1–10 employees or more as assigned.
• Travel to US and international locations as needed.
