Job summary

Viking Group Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, and inventory control. You will supervise staff, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and audit shipments for accuracy while coordinating deliveries and transportation logistics with branch teams.

You will manage drivers, ensure DOT compliance and safety standards, and drive 5S and process improvements to boost efficiency across our warehouse network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse or distribution with leadership experience.
• Experience with transportation logistics and fleet operations is a plus.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Strong communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations: receiving, shipping, inventory control, material handling.
• Supervise staff, set expectations, and drive accountability.
• Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and timely.
• Audit shipments for inventory accuracy and resolve issues.
• Coordinate deliveries, manage drivers, and oversee transportation logistics.
• Schedule and supervise drivers, ensure DOT compliance, and safety.
• Maintain fleet reliability, vehicle maintenance, and safety training.
• Drive 5S and continuous improvement across the warehouse.
