• Experience leading daily warehouse operations and teams.
• Strong inventory control and cycle-count skills.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation safety.
• Ability to coordinate freight, drivers, and deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, inventory, and material handling.
• Supervise warehouse staff, setting expectations and accountability.
• Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped on time.
• Audit shipments to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and Fabrication to meet delivery timelines.
• Manage freight, deliveries, and transportation logistics.
• Oversee dispatch, routing, and tracking of shipments.
• Hire/train drivers and transportation staff and manage schedules.
• Ensure DOT compliance and safety standards.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain warehouse organization and safety.
• Lead safety meetings and regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement including 5S and process improvements.
• Manage staffing levels and overtime to meet demand.
