Job summary

Viking is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead daily operations across receiving, shipping, inventory, and material handling at our Apopka, FL site. You will guide the warehouse team, drive accuracy, safety, and efficiency while coordinating with branch transportation and service functions.

You will manage drivers, ensure DOT compliance, and drive continuous improvements with 5S and process optimizations. A proactive leader with 5+ years in warehousing and a relevant degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse or distribution operations.
• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with transportation logistics and fleet management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, inventory management, and material handling.
• Supervise and develop warehouse employees with clear expectations and accountability.
• Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
• Audit incoming and outgoing shipments for inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and Fabrication teams to meet delivery timelines.
• Oversee transportation activities including dispatching, routing, and tracking shipments.
