Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, inventory, and material handling.
• Supervise warehouse staff and set clear expectations.
• Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
• Audit shipments to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and Fabrication teams to meet timelines.
• Manage drivers, freight, and transportation logistics.
• Oversee transport activities including dispatching and routing.
• Ensure DOT compliance and safety standards.
• Maintain fleet and facility, including housekeeping and safety.
• Drive continuous improvement and SOP adherence.
