Job summary

Worldpac is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to assist the Branch Operations Manager and Assistant in guiding daily warehouse activities at our Pomona location. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and leadership to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate will have at least six months in a warehouse setting, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills, with fluency in English. Responsibilities include coordinating with management, processing orders, and maintaining inventory

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of warehouse experience or related work.
• Excellent leadership and organizational abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must read, write, and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Assist leadership in managing daily warehouse operations and staffing.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and records are maintained.
• Support training and development for team members and manage tasks.
• Coordinate with management to ensure orders are fulfilled and inventory is accurate.
