Worldpac, a leading automotive parts distributor, seeks a Branch Operations Manager to direct and evaluate branch operations, assets, and staff performance. You will hire, train, and supervise team members, manage budgets, ensure safety, and coordinate with customers to expand services.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of leadership experience in a warehouse-related field.
• 1 year of cash handling experience.

Mansioni

• Interview, hire and train new team members; conduct performance appraisals and address disciplinary actions.
• Communicate regularly with the Regional Operations Manager and HR as needed.
• Foster a customer service-oriented culture across the team.
• Prepare and manage annual operating budgets and resource planning.
• Participate in safety planning and enforce safety procedures.
• Coordinate with customers and Branch management to improve services.
• Operate vehicles to deliver orders or pick up returns safely.
