Worldpac is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of the branch's direction, assets, and performance. You will lead staffing, budgeting, safety, and service delivery while coordinating with regional leadership.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in warehouse leadership, strong communication, cash handling experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A valid driver's license and willingness to work variable hours are required.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• At least 4 years of leadership in a warehouse setting.
• At least 1 year of cash handling experience.
• Fluent reading/writing/speaking English.
• Valid state driver's license as required for delivery duties.
• Willing to open/close the warehouse Mon–Sat as needed.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills; detail oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Lead branch operations and staff, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.
• Manage budgets and resource planning for the branch.
• Ensure safety procedures and regulatory compliance are followed.
• Coordinate with customers and branch team to improve services.
• Deliver orders using company vehicle as needed.
• Oversee daily opening/closing and scheduling of warehouse activities.
