Job summary

Sunbelt Federal Credit Union is seeking a Branch Operations Manager in Laurel, MS. You will guide branch staff to deliver efficient member service, oversee daily operations, and ensure compliance with applicable laws. Training travel may be required during onboarding.

You will coach staff, manage scheduling, and drive branch performance toward service and sales goals while maintaining security and accuracy of transactions.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a credit union or financial services environment.
• Strong customer service focus with ability to resolve member issues.
• Ability to develop, coach and motivate staff to meet service and sales goals.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements (BSA, OFAC, CIP).

Responsibilities

• Lead branch staff to deliver quality member service.
• Schedule staff and manage PTO and time off.
• Monitor branch activity and report metrics.
• Perform loan processing duties and assist with account openings and closures.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and internal policies.
