Heritage Pool Supply Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager in delivering efficient branch operations, financial performance, and superior customer satisfaction.

This role requires leadership, strategic thinking, and strong relationship management at a fast-paced worksite. Responsibilities include optimizing warehouse/branch processes, driving revenue growth, mentoring staff, and maintaining safety standards, with travel up to 25% to regional sites and

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse or supervisory role.
• Landscape/Pool & Aquatics distribution experience preferred.
• Ability to manage teams and oversee operations efficiently.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP/warehouse systems helpful.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Support Branch Manager in implementing standards and optimize operations.
• Assist in achieving revenue and profitability targets.
• Lead and develop warehouse staff, drivers, and inside sales.
• Build and maintain customer relationships and resolve issues.
• Collaborate on strategic plans using market insights.
• Generate and review branch performance reports for decision making.
• Ensure adherence to policies, safety standards and procedures.
