Heritage Pool Supply Group, Inc. is expanding with a Greenfield Branch Manager. The role leads the launch and operational management of a new branch, aligning with strategic objectives and ensuring excellence in performance and profitability.

The candidate will build customer-centric culture, lead a multi-disciplinary team, and enforce safety and compliance standards while driving market growth in a construction/building materials sector.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in building products, roofing, or distribution.
• Proven track record of achieving operational and sales targets.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional team development.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Superior interpersonal and communication abilities with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ERP/distribution software and MS Office.
• Knowledge of safety, regulatory, and compliance standards.
• Proven ability in P&L management and budgeting.
