Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in distribution/building products preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving operational and sales targets.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional team development skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making ability.
• Proficient in P&L management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Experience in devising sales strategies, market analysis, and CRM.

Responsibilities
