Job summary

Heritage Pool Supply in San Antonio, TX, seeks a Branch Manager to launch and lead a new Greenfield branch. You will drive strategic growth, manage P&L, and lead a sales-focused, customer-centric team while ensuring safety and compliance across operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in management within distribution/building products, strong leadership, and proven ability to drive efficiency and profitability. The role is based on-site with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in building products, roofing, or distribution.
• Proven track record of achieving operational and sales targets.
• Strong leadership to motivate and develop teams across functions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
• P&L management, budgeting, and financial analysis experience.
• Experience implementing best practices to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
