Job summary

Heritage Pool Supply in Rogers, MN seeks an Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager in achieving operations excellence, financial performance, and customer satisfaction. This role leads warehouse staff, drives safety, and supports strategic growth at the Rogers location.

The ABM will mentor drivers and inside sales, monitor KPIs, and contribute to budget planning while maintaining strong customer relations and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in warehouse/distribution supervisory/assistant management.
• Experience in Landscape/Pool & Aquatics distribution preferred.
• Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Support Branch Manager in implementing standards and optimizing operations.
• Assist in achieving revenue and profitability targets via sales strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop branch staff.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Collaborate on strategic planning for growth and efficiency.
• Generate and review branch performance reports.
• Ensure safety and compliance in the warehouse and branch.
