Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in distribution or related industry.
• Proven track record of achieving operational and sales targets.
• Strong leadership with ability to motivate and develop cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Profound experience in P&L management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Skilled in sales strategy development, market analysis, and customer relationships.
• Experience with implementing new processes and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic initiatives by aligning branch growth plans with corporate objectives.
• Maximize operational effectiveness and optimize branch processes to reduce costs.
• Oversee financial functions including P&L and budgeting to improve profitability.
