Job summary

Distribution International is seeking a Branch Ops Manager to lead and optimize all branch activities, including sales, administration, and warehousing. The role emphasizes strong P&L responsibility, cross‑functional collaboration, and safety compliance.

The position requires a minimum of 3–5 years in supervision, a solid P&L understanding, and effective communication. Local travel is expected; a valid driver’s license may be required for operational duties. This is a safety‑sensitive role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a related field.
• Experience in sales and account management within this region, especially with General Contractors and industrial customers.
• Solid understanding of P&L management to achieve business targets.
• Strong verbal, written, and auditory communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Insulation or related materials knowledge (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all branch operations and resources to achieve maximum profits.
• Partner with multiple organizations to facilitate a strong, efficient business.
• Manage branch P&L and overall operations.
• Develop annual branch budgets aligned with company strategy.
• Implement and monitor KPIs to achieve goals.
• Oversee sales strategy and provide sales management for branch personnel.
• Coordinate with other departments to handle customer orders effectively.
• Drive lean initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Ensure safety regulatory policies are followed at all times.
