Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily branch operations to meet safety, sales, service, and financial goals.
Oversee order fulfillment and monitor On-Time Delivery performance.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.
Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with customers to create value-added solutions.
Handle staffing, recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development.
Monitor branch financials including sales, inventory, expenses, and labor costs.
Track key metrics such as OTD, inventory accuracy, shortages, and profitability.
