Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Branch Manager in the United States to lead daily operations, sales and service, and drive profitability for the branch. You will manage staff, ensure compliance, and maintain strong customer and vendor relationships while delivering growth targets.

The role requires leadership experience, P&L awareness, and hands-on coaching to develop team performance. Experience in HVAC wholesale is strongly preferred. This position reports to the Regional Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a branch or similar operation with a focus on profitability and growth.
• Ability to review P&L and drive cost controls and productivity.
• Strong leadership and people development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day branch operations including staffing and scheduling.
• Review hours, PTO, and payroll using Kronos and manage labor costs.
• Maintain relationships with customers and vendors and oversee CRM entries.
• Coach staff, handle disciplinary actions with HR, and promote teamwork.
• Develop plans to improve profitability and productivity and drive continuous improvement.
• Process purchase orders, manage credits and inventory, and monitor cash reconciliations.
• Coordinate with Credit Department on credit levels and issues.
• Maintain audits, safety, housekeeping, and compliance with policies.
• Prepare monthly reports for ROM and meet safety requirements.
