Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations, staffing, and scheduling.
• Review hours worked, PTO, and maintain payroll records (Kronos).
• Maintain inventory, cash reconciliations, and CRM entries.
• Coach staff, conduct performance appraisals, and partner with HR.
• Drive branch profitability and implement continuous improvement plans.
