Job summary

Ultipro is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead the personal and small business banking operations in Kentucky. You will drive sales, customer service, and cross-sell initiatives while ensuring compliance and procedural integrity.

The role requires 2–5 years of retail/banking experience with supervisory responsibilities, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting or equivalent training in lending and compliance. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting or equivalent
• 2–5 years of retail banking and/or business banking exposure
• Minimum 2 years of direct supervisory experience preferred
• Specialized training in consumer lending, compliance, and sales is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead personal and small business banking and customer service to maximize new and existing customer relationships and ensure procedures are followed.
• Partner with Market President to establish annual marketing plan including VIP events and community activities.
• Open all customer account types, handle consumer loans/HELOC, online banking, and provide back-up to teller line; cross-sell P-cards and wealth management services.
• Supervise retail staff: hiring, timekeeping, performance evaluations, recognition and corrective action; develop staff and foster teamwork.
• Engage in community affairs to increase bank visibility and develop new business opportunities.
• Identify customer needs and coordinate solutions using existing products and services; conduct branch audits and security checks.
