The role requires strong HVAC/R knowledge, leadership and budgeting skills, with responsibility for 30–50 accounts and close collaboration with the Regional Manager to optimize performance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related experience.
• Minimum 5 years HVAC/R industry experience.
• Experience in warehouse management, budgeting and staffing.
• Ability to travel regularly and work long hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage 30–50 accounts with sales and gross margin accountability.
• Oversee sales, inventory, administration, marketing and promotions.
• Plan and implement promotions, counter days, and training.
• Maintain local mailing lists and pricing strategies.
• Coordinate with Regional Manager and departments (Purchasing, Credit) on opportunities and issues.
