The role requires at least 1 year in a leadership position with HVAC wholesale exposure preferred. Strong planning, audits, and vendor relationship skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED; college degree is strongly preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in a leadership/supervisory role.
• HVAC wholesale industry experience strongly preferred.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities; strong customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day branch operations, staffing, and ensure timely completion of duties.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with protocols and achieve objectives.
• Maintain/verify sales, inventory, credits, and cash reconciliations; enter calls in CRM.
• Coach and develop staff; handle disciplinary actions in coordination with HR.
• Drive profitability, productivity, and continuous improvement; oversee P&L responsibilities.
