Job summary

Ultipro seeks a Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations, services, staff performance, and profitability. You will drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and loss prevention while ensuring adherence to policies and safety standards.

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will manage scheduling in Kronos, conduct audits, supervise inventory, and lead safety and training initiatives. HVAC wholesale experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year in a leadership/supervisory role.
• HVAC wholesale industry experience strongly preferred.
• Proven leadership, coaching / mentoring and team-oriented mindset.
• Proven customer service experience with high level of customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of warehouse/inventory management and material handling equipment such as forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day branch operations including staffing and ensure timely completion of duties; review hours and PTO using Kronos.
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with protocols and objectives.
• Maintain sales, credits, inventory controls, and cash reconciliations; update CRM with sales calls.
• Lead staff development, set expectations, and drive performance; coordinate with HR on disciplinary actions.
• Develop plans for increased profitability and productivity; drive continuous improvement.
• Process POs, research low stock and receivables; audit cash drawers; manage warranties.
• Oversee all branch-related profit center activities; liaise with Corporate Credit to resolve issues.
• Keep inventory levels adequate to meet delivery/service demands; review P&L and safety reports.
• Lead safety meetings, complete monthly/daily checklists, and report issues promptly.
• Ensure branch/warehouse upkeep and timely reporting to ROM.
