This role emphasizes client retention, new business development, and adherence to SOPs while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across the branch.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of successful sales or business development experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership or branch management experience.
• Strong understanding of branch operations, including compliance and financial oversight.
• Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring productivity, service delivery and compliance.
• Lead recruiting team and provide performance coaching and development.
• Drive new sales and expand the branch's client base.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through proactive communication.
