Heritage Landscape Supply - Spring Hill is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager in delivering strong branch operations, sales growth, and customer satisfaction. This position requires leadership, planning, and relationship-building across warehouse, drivers, and inside sales teams.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant management role in warehouse/distribution; landscape distribution preferred.
• Strong leadership and team development experience.
• Ability to implement company standards and drive productivity.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: support Branch Manager in standards, processes, and efficiency.
• Financial Performance: assist in achieving revenue and profitability targets.
• Team Development: mentor and develop branch staff (warehouse, drivers, inside sales).
• Customer Relations: build relationships and resolve issues for satisfaction and retention.
• Strategic Planning: assist in developing growth and operational plans.
• Safety and Compliance: ensure adherence to safety procedures and company policies.
