You will help lead sales, service, deliveries, and business development while upholding company culture and policies. Ideal candidates possess leadership, strong customer service, and communication skills, with a willingness to grow into entrepreneurial responsibilities under the Branch Manager, alongside a team

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Landscaping industry experience preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and Internet use.

Responsibilities

• Secondary supervisor of all branch operations: sales, service, delivery, and business development.
• Maintain culture and follow policies and procedures as set by Executive Management.
• Keep branch safe, clean, and orderly for employees, customers, and vendors.
• Stay informed about new products and changes to existing products.
• Assist and educate promotional and advertising initiatives.
• Execute daily tasks: order entry, answering phones, purchasing, deliveries, end-of-day procedures, pricing.
