Job summary

WillScot is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to lead the branch operations, production, and customer service functions. You will guide production planning, inventory control, and service quality while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across the branch workforce.

You will drive cost management, vendor relations, and process improvements, partnering with HR and leadership to develop talent and deliver excellent service to customers nationwide.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or 3 years of applicable experience.
• Experience managing direct reports in a service/shop/manufacturing/building construction environment or WillScot experience.
• Experience managing a unit or departmental budget or WillScot experience.
• MS Office/Excel/Word/Outlook experience.
• Ability to follow direction and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience applying creativity to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect managerial oversight of branch operational employees.
• Manage daily tasks and assignments for temporary workers and contractors.
• Communicate clearly with all branch staff and use internal systems for timely, cost-effective delivery of revenue activities.
• Oversee fleet maintenance, inventory, and servicing to control costs and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with HR to recruit and train branch staff and develop talent.
