Job summary

WillScot Corporation in the United States is seeking a Branch Operations Manager in Texas to lead our branch performance, safety, cost control, and service standards. You will oversee production, inventory, and logistics while driving a high level of customer satisfaction.

The role demands hands-on leadership of supervisors, shop staff, dispatchers, drivers, and administrative teams, with a focus on cost efficiency, compliance with policies and laws, and continuous improvement across all branch

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or 3 years of applicable experience.
• 5 years’ experience managing one or more direct reports in a service shop/manufacturing/building construction environment OR 2 years with WillScot.
• Experience managing a unit or departmental budget OR 2 years with WillScot.
• Ability follow direction and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience applying creativity to problem-solving.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with vendors through open, proactive communication.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple, changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct and indirect managerial oversight to branch operational employees (Production Supervisors, Shop/Yard Labor, Field Service, Dispatchers/ Transportation Coordinators, Drivers, Branch Coordinator).
• Manages tasks, daily assignments and duties for temporary workers and contractors as appropriate.
• Communicates clearly to all branch staff.
• Uses internal systems to deliver safe, timely, cost effective revenue activities.
• Oversees costs through maintenance, inventory and servicing of fleet.
